[The Go Find]
"I know I know you speak in different tongues..."

I'm going to be honest. Before The Go Find, I associated Belgium with only three things - chocolate, waffles, and beer, to be had in that order no doubt. With that in mind, I'm sure a few Belgians out there are happy I found my way to The Go Find. Coming out of Antwerp (that's in Belgium!), The Go Find is the brainchild sextet of Dieter Sermeus. Releasing their second album, Stars On The Wall, under German label Morr Music, The Go Find are yet another example of the good things to come out of Europe. Now it might sound like an odd descriptive, but The Go Find's instrumentation is surgically precise. It's tenacious; its clean, and everything just sounds right. So what do you get? A rich, lush sound and an overall relaxed demeanor. Even a track like Monday Morning, with a slurry of acoustic activity, sounds easy-going and not a string sounds out of place. All the while, Sermeus' sends off effortless vocals. It just flows from his mouth with ease in a laid-back tone. I'm not one to compare bands to other artists, but I really don't think I can get through this post without saying that fans of the Postal Service will undoubtedly find themselves swimming in familiar waters when it comes to the sound of The Go Find. With that said, I say think what you will, but The Go Find is just electropop goodness.

I love how they add in sound slightly reminiscent of like the early 90s-ish feel. Great stuff!
