With a propensity to harmonize and handclap, Locksley is right up my alley. The Wisconsin-born, Brooklyn-bred quartet is winding down from an awfully American tour trying to get us lazy youth to choose or lose (vote), and tomorrow will see the boys take to stage at Emo's Lounge.
